Agra News : Senior advocate prepared fake documents of property worth crores

Agra News : Agra’s Shahganj police station arrested a senior advocate on Sunday in the case of cheating and preparing forged documents. He was produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail.

Inspector-in-charge Samaresh Singh said that Virendra Kumar Gupta, resident of Kaushalpur, Dayalbagh, had filed the case. It alleged that his father-in-law Srinivas Gupta had assets worth Rs 3.5 crore. Its deed was done fraudulently. Fake documents were prepared for this. The victim had complained to the SSP a year ago.

After this, a case was registered against advocates Rajiv Dixit, Shazia Begum and her husband Mohammad Sabir on 25 February 2022. The allegation pointed to the involvement of brokers and people from the registrar’s office. Police has taken action after deliberation in the matter. Advocate Rajeev Dixit was arrested from near ADA Heights on Sunday. He is a resident of Rajiv Nagar, New Agra. Cases are also registered against him in Police Station Chhatta and New Agra.
