Agra News : The construction of the first Nagar Van (City Forest) has started to act as lungs in the environment of Tajnagari. A city forest has taken shape on 50 hectares of land in Nagla Budhi. Here the construction of raw footpath for pedestrians has been completed up to 80 percent. The watch tower and boundary wall have been built. The work of digging the pond is going on.

Construction of Nakshatra Vatika will also be started in Nagar Van, where plants of indigenous species will be planted. Regional Forest Officer of Baipur, Dharmendra Kumar said that the entire city forest can be seen from the watch tower. Repair and painting of wall has been completed. Wire fencing work is in progress. Modern toilets are being built. Children Park and Yoga Park will also be built in Nagar Van. All these works will take 2-3 years.
