The car fire incident near the Community Hall in New Agra did not happen just like that. Two youths riding a bike were injured in a car collision in Rakabganj. After this the driver ran the car in a bid to escape. This caused a fire due to short circuit. Police has registered a case against the car driver.
According to Inspector-in-charge Vijay Vikram Singh, the owner had told that some people were following after the car collided with something. That’s why he ran.
