Mathura News : Due to this reason the hearing in Meena Masjid case was postponed

Mathura News : Hearing could not be held in the case filed by Dinesh Sharma, National Treasurer of Akhil Bharat Hindu Sabha, in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division, for removal of Meena Masjid near Sri Krishna Janmasthan in Mathura as an encroachment. The court has fixed March 21 for the hearing.

The case was filed in the court of the Civil Judge Senior Division by Dinesh Sharma, treasurer of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha. In which it was told that Meena Masjid, located near Shri Krishna’s birthplace, is built on 13.37 acres of land. Both the parties have appeared in the court in the case. Party Dinesh Sharma said that the hearing could not be held due to the presiding officer being on leave. The court has fixed March 21 as the date for hearing.

The hearing could not be held on Friday due to the Civil Judge Senior Division being on leave in the case filed by Ashutosh Pandey, the central president of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust. In his suit the court had to decide on the point of hearing. The party told that now on March 23, a decision will come on the point of hearing in his case.
